About the Cottage & Inn

Three Goats Cottage was built in Aberdeen, MS in 1936. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood two blocks from main street Aberdeen. The cottage consists of a quaint sun porch, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, laundry room (washer and dryer), and covered carport.

The kitchen, which is fully furnished, has all new appliances - stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. One bedroom comes with a full size bed, the other a queen size. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

The newly renovated cottage has central heat and air, cable TV and of course, WiFi. The house sits on a beautifully shaded lot with a private backyard. The carport (patio) and sun porch can accommodate smokers.

Three Goats Inn is our newly renovated property adjacent to the Cottage. The Inn has 2 independent bedroom suites, with 3 bedrooms, that can be rented individually for as little as 1 night. One of the bedrooms has a mini bar and the other has a full size kitchen. Both rooms are spacious and have their own private bathrooms. The house has a large living room space and a full kitchen that can also be rented for events ($65 for 3 hours).

$95 per night + tax: Opal Suite-1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

$95 per night + tax: Oliver Suite-1 bedroom, 1 bathroom

$125 per night + tax: Oliver Suite, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath

Rates available for extended stays

All beds are Queen size, each suite has a private den with 40" flatscreen TV & yes, we have SEC & ESPN sports channel packages!

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

Smoking is allowed on patio & sun porch but sorry, no pets
